Designed for institutions where communication carries legal consequence.

Conforma’s governance architecture is built for organizations where communication carries regulatory and legal consequence. While Conforma is not a compliance platform and does not provide legal or regulatory advice, its infrastructure is designed to support the auditability and governance requirements that regulated financial institutions operate under.

Every format Conforma produces is derived from a single approved source document. That source is locked at the point of approval. If the source needs to change, the original project is retired and a new project is started from the revised source. No updated version reaches any audience without a completed approval.

Yes. In high-stakes communication events, Conforma gives you both speed and a complete record that every format matched exactly what was approved. The format transformation is fast, on par with standard AI tools and significantly faster than a traditional creative production process. What Conforma adds is the governance discipline that’s hardest to maintain under pressure.

We expect it and we accommodate it. Financial institutions typically require legal review, InfoSec assessment, and formal vendor onboarding. Our Guided Pilot is structured to begin that process in parallel with the functional evaluation. We provide security documentation, data handling specifications, and architecture overviews as part of standard pilot initiation.

Engagement data in Conforma is role-based and access-controlled. Your organization defines which roles can view which reporting layers. Data is not shared across organizations or used to train external models. Full data handling documentation is available during pilot scoping.

No. Conforma is designed to work within your existing approval and compliance review process — not to replace it. Your compliance team reviews and approves the source document through your established process. Conforma’s role begins after approval is confirmed. It extends your governance process. It does not substitute for it.
