You sent it. But did your audience actually engage with it?
A delivery receipt tells you the message went out. Conforma tells you how your audience engaged with it — in real time, across every format.
Every time an audience member opens the Multimedia Bar, that access is counted and visible live in the platform. Not estimated. Not inferred. Counted. That changes what you can say when your CCO asks whether a critical update actually reached people — and it changes how you communicate next time.
From delivery receipts to real engagement data.
1
Every Multimedia Bar access counted. Live.
Every time an audience member opens the Conforma Multimedia Bar — on your site, your intranet, your portal — that access is counted and visible in the platform in real time. Not reported after the fact. Not estimated from proxy signals. Counted as it happens. When a critical policy update goes out on Monday morning, you can see by Monday afternoon whether your audience is engaging with it. That is a different kind of operational visibility.
WHAT THIS GIVES YOU
- Total Multimedia Bar access counts — visible live in the platform
- Updates in real time as audience members engage
- Available now — no additional configuration required
2
The answer when your CCO asks if it landed.
When leadership asks whether the latest compliance update was actually understood — not just sent — you have a real answer. Not a distribution log. Not an open rate that measures whether someone clicked a notification. A count of how many audience members accessed the content, in which format, and for how long. That data changes both how you report upward and how you communicate next time. It makes the case for multimodal delivery in numbers, not arguments.
WHAT THIS GIVES YOU
- Real access data — not proxy engagement metrics
- Supports evidence-based reporting to CCO, board, compliance leads
- Engagement data surfaced by Conforma in your outcomes summary
3
Dwell time and deeper data.
Total access counts tell you whether your audience arrived. Dwell time per format tells you whether they stayed. That distinction matters in a regulated environment — a message that was opened is not the same as a message that was engaged with. Deeper engagement data across a full deployment — how your audiences engaged, across every message, every format — is surfaced by Conforma as part of your outcomes summary.
WHAT THIS GIVES YOU

Questions about engagement data.
What it measures, how it’s delivered, and where it’s going.
Total Multimedia Bar access counts — visible live in the platform. Every time an audience member opens the Multimedia Bar, that access is counted. You can see that number in real time. That is the current live capability. Dwell time per format and deployment-level engagement summaries are coming within weeks.
Total access counts are visible directly in the platform. Deeper engagement data — across a full deployment — is surfaced by Conforma as part of your outcomes summary. A tool that lets your team explore the data directly is on the roadmap. Until it is available, Conforma’s team works with you to interpret and present the engagement picture.
How long audience members spent with each format — video, audio, infographic, summary. Total access counts tell you whether your audience arrived at the content. Dwell time tells you whether they stayed. In a regulated environment, a message that was opened is not the same as a message that was engaged with. That distinction is what dwell time makes visible.
The current platform captures total access counts — aggregate data, not individual-level identification. Individual-level engagement data is part of the roadmap. If your organization has specific requirements around audience-level tracking — for compliance or accreditation purposes — raise it in the Guided Pilot scoping conversation and we’ll tell you directly what is and isn’t currently possible.
Open rates measure whether someone triggered a notification. Click-through rates measure whether someone followed a link. Multimedia Bar access counts measure whether someone opened the content interface and chose a format. That is a more direct signal of engagement — it requires an active choice, not an incidental click. Dwell time takes it further: it measures how long that choice was sustained.
The outcomes review is a joint review of what the pilot produced — Conforma’s team and your team, together. Engagement data from the deployment period is presented as part of that review: total access counts, format breakdown, and — once available — dwell time per format. The review is structured around the milestones agreed at the scoping stage. The engagement data is evidence, not a sales deck.
