Questions about engagement data.

What it measures, how it’s delivered, and where it’s going.

Total Multimedia Bar access counts — visible live in the platform. Every time an audience member opens the Multimedia Bar, that access is counted. You can see that number in real time. That is the current live capability. Dwell time per format and deployment-level engagement summaries are coming within weeks.

Total access counts are visible directly in the platform. Deeper engagement data — across a full deployment — is surfaced by Conforma as part of your outcomes summary. A tool that lets your team explore the data directly is on the roadmap. Until it is available, Conforma’s team works with you to interpret and present the engagement picture.

How long audience members spent with each format — video, audio, infographic, summary. Total access counts tell you whether your audience arrived at the content. Dwell time tells you whether they stayed. In a regulated environment, a message that was opened is not the same as a message that was engaged with. That distinction is what dwell time makes visible.

The current platform captures total access counts — aggregate data, not individual-level identification. Individual-level engagement data is part of the roadmap. If your organization has specific requirements around audience-level tracking — for compliance or accreditation purposes — raise it in the Guided Pilot scoping conversation and we’ll tell you directly what is and isn’t currently possible.

Open rates measure whether someone triggered a notification. Click-through rates measure whether someone followed a link. Multimedia Bar access counts measure whether someone opened the content interface and chose a format. That is a more direct signal of engagement — it requires an active choice, not an incidental click. Dwell time takes it further: it measures how long that choice was sustained.

The outcomes review is a joint review of what the pilot produced — Conforma’s team and your team, together. Engagement data from the deployment period is presented as part of that review: total access counts, format breakdown, and — once available — dwell time per format. The review is structured around the milestones agreed at the scoping stage. The engagement data is evidence, not a sales deck.
