The founding insight

“The problem was never creativity. It was that the people who needed to understand most couldn’t engage — because the format didn’t work for them, and the tools that could fix it weren’t built for regulated environments.”

A note from our founder

I’ve spent my career inside environments where accuracy matters. As a former Bloomberg News Bureau Chief and communications leader, I’ve watched what happens when a message leaves its source. Even with the best intentions, content reaches its final audience in a form that wasn’t designed for them — shortened, reformatted, or summarized by someone under deadline pressure. And the audience that was supposed to act on it, doesn’t.

That failure isn’t a content problem. The content was often excellent. It was a format problem. A frontline nurse, a banking customer, a prescribing physician — each of them engages differently. Each of them needs a different format for the same message to land. The organizations that understood this couldn’t do much about it. The tools that could solve the format problem weren’t built for regulated environments.

And regulated organizations can’t just reach for any tool — they need governance, approval workflows, audit trails. The consumer platforms weren’t built for that world. Conforma was built because those two things — formats that reach audiences, governance that satisfies regulators — should not be in conflict. They don’t have to be.

What we build.

Conforma takes approved content and produces synchronized video, audio, infographic, and summary — giving every audience the format they’ll actually engage with, all from the same approved source, all governed, all documented.

Every format your audience needs. The governance your environment requires.

The team.

Built by people who have worked inside the environments Conforma is built for.

Where we’re going.

The organizations that communicate most effectively are not the ones that produce the most content. They are the ones whose audiences actually engage with it — because the format worked, because the message arrived as approved, and because the evidence of both was captured before anyone needed to ask for it.

Conforma is building the infrastructure that makes that possible — for the regulated environments where the stakes of getting it wrong are highest, and where the need to get it right has always been hardest to meet.
